Here’s what we are looking for:

Personal experience in doing HR analytics is a big plus
All articles HAVE TO be related to HR analytics.

Related to the HR analytics process. In this case, it answers the question: How should you do (a specific topic in) HR analytics. This can be/ include a case study or a tutorial.

  • An opinion piece or research on the state of HR analytics, the direction it’s heading to or should be heading to or similarly.
  • A broader article on the HR/ people drivers of either HR outcomes (employee turnover, absenteeism, or individual performance, for example) or business outcomes (profit, profit margins, financial turnover, et cetera).
