This training is the first step towards preparing yourself for the role of an HR Analytics Leader. As an HR analytics leader, you’ll be the most important connection between the business and HR. You’ll consult with business and HR leaders to identify the problems and questions that you’ll need to answer with your analytics team.

This training will prepare you to lead the implementation of data-driven HR practices within your organization. After finishing, you’ll have sufficient knowledge of data cleaning, statistics, and data analysis techniques to direct (a team of) data scientists.

The training consists of and online and offline part. You’ll start with the (offline) training day, which is split up into a masterclass and a workshop. The offline training is complemented by 4 online e-learning modules of 3 hours each. You’ll have 3 months to complete the e-learning modules. After which you’ll receive your certificate.
