Adam was formerly responsible for Advanced People Analytics engagements and HR Innovation Discovery at Merck KGaA in Germany, and is recently returned with his family to his home country of Australia. Drawing upon a multi-disciplinary academic background in Psychology, IT, Epidemiology, and Finance, Adam is an advocate of asking two questions in his work: So What? and Now What? He employs Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to synthesize the scale of multinational companies, making that scale understandable and usable, so that organizations can embrace employee centricity in their decision making.
